Pay a Code Enforcement Fine

Did you get an invoice that shows you must pay a fine for a code enforcement violation?

Look up your invoice

To view your invoice and what you owe, click here and follow these instructions: 

  • Click “Lien Location Lookup”
  • Enter the property address or parcel ID
  • Select each active liens listed
  • On the next page, click “Check All”
  • Select the date you will submit payment
  • Click “Payoff Estimate” button
  • You can also print your invoice

If your fine is less than 30 days old, pay the amount due on the original invoice. For fines older than 30 days, you will need to pay the original amount due on your invoice plus accrued interest in full to satisfy the case.

Important: If payment is not submitted by the selected payoff date, you will owe extra interest.

You do not need a copy of your invoice to pay your fine in-person. We accept cash, debit and credit cards. Make checks and money orders payable to: City of Orlando

Get a Satisfaction of Lien

If a lien was placed on your property, a Satisfaction of Lien will be processed within 1-2 weeks from the date the payment clears. Checks must clear prior to processing lien removal.
