Request a Reservation at Lake Eola

Want to host your event at Lake Eola?

Lake Eola is a popular destination for festivals, concerts, fundraising walks and even weddings. There are various locations around the park available for rent. 

Keep in mind: 

  • Submitting a reservation request is not a guarantee a date will be available.
  • Reservations must be paid in full to secure the event date.

Step 2.Check park availability for your event

Step 3.Parks staff will send you an update

Staff members will reach out to you to confirm park availability and review your next steps. 

Step 4.Fill out an application

Step 5.Parks staff will email you a fee estimate

Based on the information in your application, staff will prepare a fee estimate and payment instructions for your event.

Step 6.Make a payment

Depending on the timing for your event, either full or partial payment is required.

Step 7.Provide all required information

Depending on the event, additional documentation may be required.

Step 8.Secure all required permits

Depending on the event, permits may be required.

Step 9.Host your event

During your event, a parks liaison will check on you to ensure everything is running smoothly.

Step 10.Receive any deposit or refunds

After your event, a parks staff member will process any refunds based on your event (if applicable).
