Request a Virtual Meeting with a Planner

Do you have a question about zoning or Orlando's land development rules?

You can schedule a virtual appointment with a city planner to discuss your questions about a property or zoning regulation.

To discuss a project you'll be submitting for review, you will need to schedule a formal pre-application meeting.

Online

Step 1.Check your eligibility

Make sure your address is within the city limits via the Orange County Property Appraiser property search.

You can schedule a virtual appointment if your property's municipality is listed as Orlando.

Step 2.Gather your materials

Make sure you have:

  • A computer, mobile phone, tablet or other device with a webcam.
  • Microsoft Teams software or app installed on the device. You can get this at the Apple or Google Play App Store on the device.
  • Internet access.

Step 3.Request your appointment

Same-day appointments are not currently available, so if you have an immediate request, please call the planner on call at 407.246.2269.

We will try to accommodate your desired time. Meetings should last no more than 30 minutes.
