Apply for a Historic Preservation Property Tax Exemption

Do you want to get a tax break when you renovate your historic property?

The City of Orlando provides a 10-year exemption for qualifying property owners who renovate historic landmarks or property in historic districts. The amount of the exemption is determined by the Orange County Property Appraiser based on the usual appraisal of property following rehabilitation or renovation.
