Important: If your property is outside of city limits, please visit the Orange County Property Appraiser to find the property's jurisdiction and zoning district. You'll find the information under the “Info” and “Land” tabs.

Verify how property in the City of Orlando can be used and what can be built on it. Development standards include setbacks, height limit, density/intensity, and impervious surface ratio (ISR).
